EXPRESS DELIVERY - DPD
Our express delivery service is £5.95 for all orders and is shipped using DPD. This service is only available for the UK mainland only.
All orders placed before 4:00pm, Monday-Friday, will be despatched the same day. Orders after this time will be despatched the next working day. We endeavour to process your order same working day of receipt.
A signature/photo will be required at the time of delivery. PLEASE NOTE: This delivery option does not include weekend delivery.
TRACKED 24 – ROYAL MAIL
Our tracked 24 service is £4.95 for orders and is shipped using Royal Mail. Deliveries take approx. 1-3 working days. PLEASE NOTE: We are currently unable to ship to: Jersey and Guernsey.

TRACKED 48 – ROYAL MAIL
Our tracked 48 service is FREE on orders over £50, £4.50 for orders under £50 and is shipped using Royal Mail. Deliveries take approx. 3-5 working days. PLEASE NOTE: We are currently unable to ship to: Jersey and Guernsey.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS
In the unfortunate event that you experience an issue with your delivery, or your order is not as expected please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your parcel. We will endeavour to rectify any issue for you as quickly as possible. If we do not hear from you within 5 working days this could potentially result in loss. Our couriers provide delivery ETA’s, on the condition they have the relevant information, this includes your email address and contact telephone number.
SAFEPLACE
It is recommended that your download the DPD or Royal Mail app. You have the option to select a safeplace for your parcel to be left if you are not at home at the time of delivery. Once the parcel has been left in your requested safeplace this then becomes the responsibility of the recipient, and we cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage. If, however your parcel was left at your property, but not in the requested safeplace & is now either lost or damaged, you must notify us within 5 working days of delivery. We will then attempt to claim on your behalf but will need to wait for our couriers to investigate before we can proceed with a refund or replacement. This can take up to 14 working days with DPD & 30 working days with Royal Mail. If the courier deems the parcel to be left in the safeplace requested by the recipient, the claim may be rejected.
DELAYS
During busier times and exceptional weather conditions deliveries may be delayed. We will always try to keep you informed of all possible delays, although this is not always possible. We cannot be held accountable or responsible for any delays to your order that has been caused solely by a third party.

FOREST GARDEN DELIVERY
Any Forest Garden products which are ordered from us on our website will come direct from the supplier. Unfortunately, these products do not qualify for next working day delivery or weekend delivery.
Forest Gardens will be in contact with you to arrange a specific delivery date when you are home/available to accept the delivery. All delivery timescales vary for Forest Garden products, the estimated delivery timescale can be found on the products description.
