Recommended Rates:
- Flowers and Shrubs:
Prior to planting or sowing - 70 grammes per square metre (2oz per square yard) As a top dressing for established plants - 35 grammes per square metre (1oz per square yard) once or twice during the growing season.
- Vegetables and Tomatoes:
Prior to planting or sowing - 70 grammes per square metre (2oz per square yard) As a top dressing for established plants - 35 grammes per square metre (1oz per square yard) sprinkled evenly between the rows once of twice during the growing season.
- Fruit Trees and Bushes:
As a top dressing in early spring 140 grammes per square metre (4oz per square yard) applied evenly over the area covered by the branch spread.
- Liquid Feed:
Vitax Sulphate of Potash may also be applied as a liquid feed. To make up, dissolve 30 grammes in 9 litres of water (1oz per 2 gallons) and apply in place of normal watering.
