We endeavour to process all orders on the same day that we receive them; however this may be delayed if the delivery address provided is incorrect or if there is another problem.
All items are then dispatched on the same day as long as the order is placed before 4pm. After which the order will dispatched the next working day*.
While we try our best to meet this cut off time, we would like to state that during extremely busy times, such as Christmas, that this may not always be possible, and we advise that you place your order in enough time for when you require the item.
You will receive three emails from us in the duration of processing your order. One of which will include your tracking number(s). Please be aware that this tracking number won’t be activated until the item has been scanned onto the courier van. This will be around 4.30pm.
Parcels will be shipped via Parcel Force, DPD or Royal Mail, depending on weight and delivery choice. We ask that you include a mobile number when you place your order we can then also ensure you receive a text message on the day of dispatch. Your parcel will be packed in appropriate packaging – depending on what that item is. All items will come in either a branded courier bag or a plain grey bag – depending on the item and the size.
You should consider any delivery dates suggested as a suggestive time scale only and not an absolute guarantee. We cannot be held accountable or responsible for delays to your items that have been caused by a third party.
For your convenience all items will be dispatched with a returns form inside which provides all the information that you need to send your item back. This will require you to generate your own label and then take your item to your local post office to come back to us. The post office will give you a receipt for this which we do require you to keep until we have received the item back here and the exchange/refund has been done. Failure to do so could result in delays in processing your return.
Please note; to qualify for a weekend delivery we will need to have received your order by 4pm on Friday in time for the last collection from our courier for the week.
*Please note – next day refers to the next working day. If you require a Saturday delivery then this must be selected at the checkout and paid for accordingly.
With regards to an item that is ‘out of stock’ or ‘on order’ – we will notify you of this via email and phone numbers that you provide to us, with an estimated delivery time.
48 hour carriage = Free Delivery
24 hour carriage = £2.50
Weekend Delivery (Orders to be placed by 4pm on Friday) – Saturday or Sunday – £8.00
Christmas Gifts must be returned by Monday 8th January 2018.
