Situated on the edge of Grampound Village this lovely 4 bedroom detached house offers spacious, comfortable accommodation for both families and friends alike.

Accommodation comprises of a large family lounge with patio doors opening out onto a Terraced area and garden. Fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room and downstairs WC.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (master en suite) and a family bathroom and two single bedrooms.

Outside there is ample off road parking and an L shaped lawned garden with uninterrupted views over the Cornish countryside. The garden has a Terraced area for outside dining and relaxing and a slide and trampoline to keep the little ones amused.
The house is furnished to a very high standard and has TV. All linen is provided for your stay.

The house’s location makes it a perfect base from which to explore Cornwall. Truro is only 8 miles away while the Eden Project can be reached in 20 minutes. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey are both very close by as is the beautiful Roseland Peninsular.

To the north why not visit gorgeous sandy beach at Watergate bay which is also home to Jamie Oliver’s “Fifteen” restaurant, or the ever popular Newquay both only about 30 minutes drive.
Grampound village itself offers an excellent Chinese Restaurant, traditional Pub, post office and local shops all within a very short walking distance of the house. It is also on the main bus route to Truro and St Austell.
